Overview of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and fb8 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). These Terms apply to all use of fb8.cam and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

By accessing or using fb8, you acknowledge that you are entering this Agreement voluntarily and that you have the legal capacity to do so in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the fb8 platform in any capacity.

Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of fb8 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously. fb8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any time and to suspend accounts where satisfactory evidence cannot be provided.

• Age: You must be 21 years of age or older. fb8 maintains a strict minimum age policy and will request identification documents to verify age. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons declared legally incapacitated by a competent court are not eligible.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active fb8 account at any time. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, IP address, or payment method are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Personal use only: Your fb8 account is for your personal use only. You may not allow third parties to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Not an fb8 associate: Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of fb8 staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.

Account Registration and KYC

To access the full range of fb8 services, you must complete the registration process with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. fb8 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its responsible gaming commitment and to comply with fraud prevention and anti-money laundering requirements.

• Accurate information: All registration information — including mobile number, name, date of birth, and address — must be truthful. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• KYC documents: fb8 may request government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide documents within 30 days of a request will result in account suspension.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party. fb8 will not be liable for losses from unauthorised access where you failed to maintain adequate security.
• Contact updates: You must keep your registered mobile number current. It is fb8's primary means of verifying your identity. If your number changes, notify fb8 support before using the new number.
• Minors: If fb8 determines an account holder was under 21 at registration, fb8 will immediately close the account, void all gameplay, and return deposits less any losses. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors in their care do not access fb8.

fb8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation, conducting source-of-funds checks, or placing temporary restrictions on transactions pending verification. This is a standard compliance procedure, not a punitive measure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

fb8 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods for Bangladesh players currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfer options. fb8 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment methods without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours in most cases, subject to KYC status and wagering requirement completion. fb8 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during standard Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
• Payment method matching: Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. fb8 may require verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All fb8 transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency transactions are supported. All balances, bonuses, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in BDT.
• Third-party payments: fb8 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to payment methods registered in a third party's name. All payment methods must belong to and be registered in the account holder's name.

fb8 reserves the right to freeze any transaction or reverse a deposit where fraud or money laundering is suspected. In such cases fb8 will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses and Promotions

fb8 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which form part of these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Welcome bonus: The fb8 200% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is applied automatically — no promotional code required. It cannot be claimed more than once per player.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the bonus validity period; unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited at expiry.
• Bonus abuse: fb8 monitors activity to detect bonus abuse including matched betting, arbitrage, low-risk wagering designed to circumvent rollover requirements, and collusion between accounts. Players found abusing bonuses will have bonuses cancelled, winnings voided, and accounts suspended.
• Free spins: Free spin winnings are credited as bonus funds and subject to the wagering requirement in the relevant promotion's terms. Free spins are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements are in progress, the maximum permitted bet per game round is ৳500 unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
• Real money priority: Real money balances are used before bonus balances unless otherwise specified. Bonuses credited to your account are supplementary to your real money balance and subject to separate wagering requirements.

fb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via their registered contact method. fb8 also reserves the right to decline or cancel a previously awarded bonus if eligibility criteria were not met at the time of award.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games on fb8 are operated in accordance with their respective providers' certified game rules. fb8 does not modify game mechanics, payout tables, or RTP percentages beyond what is configured by the game provider. Specific rules for each title are accessible from within the game interface.

• RNG certification: All slot games, virtual table games, and non-live games on fb8 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the game provider. Outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by the platform, previous results, bet size, or player history.
• Live dealer games: Live casino games are streamed from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Rules governing live games are set by those providers and displayed within each game's interface. fb8 is not responsible for interruptions caused by provider-side technical issues.
• Sports betting rules: All sports betting markets on fb8, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are governed by the specific market rules displayed at bet placement. fb8 reserves the right to void bets on markets affected by data errors, incomplete events, or obvious pricing errors.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, fb8 will investigate using server logs. Bets made during a verified malfunction period may be voided and stakes returned. fb8 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to fb8 customer support within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this period cannot be investigated. fb8's decision on game outcome disputes is final once the internal investigation is complete.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fb8. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, manipulating game outcomes through technical exploits, or otherwise attempting to defraud fb8 or other players.
• Money laundering: Using fb8 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. fb8 is committed to preventing its platform from being used for money laundering and will report suspected activity to appropriate authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one fb8 account simultaneously, whether under the same or different identities. This includes using a household member's account as a proxy.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or live table environments. This includes sharing hole-card information or deliberately losing to transfer funds.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with fb8 in place of manual human play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider in respect of a deposit made to fb8 without first contacting fb8 support to resolve the matter. Chargebacks are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

Account Suspension and Termination

fb8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a closure is not the result of a player breach, fb8 will provide reasonable notice and facilitate withdrawal of any remaining verified balance.

• Breach of Terms: Any confirmed violation of these Terms and Conditions, including prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Failed KYC verification: Failure to provide satisfactory identity documents or source-of-funds documentation within the period requested by fb8.
• Responsible gaming request: A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure under the responsible gaming tools available on fb8.
• Regulatory or legal requirement: Where fb8 is required by applicable regulations, court order, or government directive to suspend or close an account.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining after completion of all pending wagering requirements will be paid out via the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Players may request daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Players may request a notification alert after a specified period of continuous play to help maintain awareness of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is locked and no deposits, wagers, or platform access are permitted. Requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality checks: fb8 applies automatic session reminders to all accounts. Players active for extended sessions will receive an on-screen notification summarising session duration and net balance change, to help make an informed decision about whether to continue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of funds from gameplay, loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to your device or software. fb8's total liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

fb8 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fb8 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous service availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond fb8's control may cause temporary interruptions for which fb8 shall not be liable.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fb8 platform — including the fb8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content (where licensed to fb8), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fb8 or its licensors, protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any fb8 content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in account closure and legal action.

Amendments to These Terms

fb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fb8 will notify registered players via their registered contact method at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of fb8 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at fb8.cam/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using fb8 and may request voluntary account closure before the amendment takes effect to receive a full withdrawal of your verified real-money balance.
